Why do I have to log in everytime I visit the site?

Hi

Have you ticked the box , rember me/ save password.

It appears under your log in details.

If you have a iPhone try the HU app works on iPad only in portrait mode, scroll to bottom of page.

If you log out every time, then you will be required to log in each time.

If you don't log out but navigate away, then use a different device or your ip shows a different location you are usually asked to log in.

Also as stone mentioned, remember me, remember site etc.

Hi you posted exactly the same question 6 days ago and got a few replies! Didn't any of them work? I am not sure why you are still aren't aware of the answer?

Non worked. Couldn't read stone's reply. There is no option to "remember me" I finish with the site and then leave. Next time I check email messages from the site, I have to log on.

I don't log out. I use the same PC every time. I get the option to log on using facebook and other external sites.

Have you set your computer to clear cookies? That generally results in having to log in every time.

I forgot about that. I use CCleaner and that gets rid of cookies etc. I have warned many friends about that in the past (using Windows XP)

If you try to access from your e-mail you are generally asked to log in. Just save the site to your bookmarks and access it from your bookmarks not your e-mail. That may work. 😀
