Hello, do you log out at the end of your sessions? Whenever I have issues with HealthUnlocked the first thing I do is log out then a couple of hours later log back in and it often fixes the problem

thanks for your reply. There isn’t an option to log out do I just close. I’ve been trying to find an app that I can click on to get me straight through, but there doesn’t seem to be any instructions for just plain Google. There are instructions for Google Chrome and safari but I can’t work the latter out. Do you just click on a app icon?

On the right at the top of the page there are three horizontal lines with menu written underneath. Click and the option is there to log out. (Now all you have to do is remember your password 😐 🤣 (although there'll be an option for 'forgotten your password' on logging back in. ×

I haven’t found that yet but what happens then? Do you then have to log in next time or do you click on an icon?

the menu is at the top right of the screen. When you click on it you should see the option to Get help using this site. You should not need to sign in every time. I don’t know if this helps.

Google or Chrome: AsthmalungUK ? practice first before you log out. I haven't had to do it in such a long time I've forgotten my own password!

I just normally close my tablet and each day a new email arrives for me to open if I want to.

In that 'menu' above you can set your email preferences.

When writing a post you have the option to lock it (I always do, there are too many unscrupulous people out there looking for vulnerable people to prey on).

When replying to a post you have the option to edit it or delete it.

You'll work it out, night night. P

By icon perhaps you mean an App. I just have as few as possible apps on my devices so I've no idea if there is one

I use Safari on a MacBook. I just click on the relevant post in an email and it opens no problem. Also I can just put Healthunlocked.com into the search bar and I am in.

Goodness, I dont do anything - no apps downloaded, the site just comes up on my frequently visited sites when i click in my browser (like my email does) and i click on that. Never bother logging out or in. So easy.

Ive never quite understood why people get HU emails either but there must be something about that that works.

I get an email from the forum every day sent to my email box and I log in that way. I never delete the one from the day before until a new one comes in just in case for some reason there are no new posts to be sent. xxx
