Newly diagnosed

Hi i have just been diagnosed with post membrane tracheomalasia....alongside severe brittle eosinophii asthma...

Does anyone have tracheomalasia and how do you feel...treat the condition etc ..

My hubby Pete has been told he has trachea malachia because his trachea collapses when he coughs out really hard and can’t get a breath back in. His trachea then collapses. He has no treatment for it.

It’s scary when it happens but only lasts a very short time.

Thank you ...hospital have given me a cpap machine ...but can't get used to it ...
