Builders took photos of floor as they said it could be hazardous .
Over a week I call Apex who are contractors for estuary housing no call back. . Today confirmed that floors contain aspestos and the black stuff underneath . They are sending survey . The whole place is like a slum all floors live carpet mould we moved in here 2 months ago and the floors continuos smell. The reason I put this in depth is me ADHD and I don't want to let others exposed to a thinking like me they ain't that old . I have liver ARLD and daughter diabetic it's so bad we can't eat in here . Ii will fight for the others on eastate are we safe in here as getting iller I'm refusing to live here when they remove it I'd rather sleep street pls pass on about the floors I won't Hoover ect thanks

Try and calm down a bit as it is extremely unlikely you will get asbestos even if you inhaled a few of the spores. It take a lot longer than this, usually many years of working with it to become infected. Even then they are usually a lot older than you when it becomes a problem. Do you have any existing lung issues? It might effect you a bit more if you do as it could trigger an exacerbation but this shouldn't be a major problem unless you were at an advanced stage.
Mould isn't good for anyone but again short term exposure isn't likely to have any lasting effect. Why are you so frightened? Ok it's not pleasant to live like this but I am sure it will be sorted soon. The authorities know what they are doing and will not let you have any exposure which could damage either the health of you or your family. x
I'm frightened as every floor in property is broke split falling over raised tiles tryed remove filthy carpet tiles breaking so left it all tiles same there sending survey in as its confirmed only builders have passed it on to expert removal If I had not chased it up I was not even in system
tiles breaking user foot can't remove carpets as tiles breaking just moved in there told me normal h/A contractors passed it on as experts have to remove it I'm ill anyway and as my father called out a whole power station yrs ago for protective clothing isle of grain I don't want people like me in past removed old flooring with not knowing that still today in council places to be aware of this DIY or in this case falling breaking tiles as I tripped on edge of one and just had hip replacement sory I'm trying to help others but seem to be confusing as ADHD PTSD

I remember when you moved into that place. Is it already two months now? I am sorry it's not turning out very well. If they are sending a surveyor, that's a good thing. Did they tell you when they'd be coming? Please hang in there. I hope the surveyor will find any issues and it's dealt with quickly. Please take care of yourself.
It's confirmed as experts gotta remove it there trying to say the two carpets only in bedrooms ok no underneath same tiles all broke carpets need removing because of the animals where running live in here rabbits cats never allowed out dogs .there was lumps with mould covered it animal toilet I have a lot thing wrong with me and I'm doing this for all the rest of people living in theses conditions but me liver ARLD I'm worried as toxins in the place.

Hope your ok love hugs and all best to you and all
I'm going to call someone today as the upheaval I don't want anyone who has been living here in this hell whole not to be aware the tiles don't remove them as of conferred aspestos in tiles.
Forget the asbestos in the tiles; this is well bound in, assisted by the bituminous coating which is sticking it to the floor. I suspect your main problem is damp - best concentrate on that when you pursue the issue, because it helps those responsible to target the main priority. You can deal with other problems when the damp is sorted.
