Breo and spiriva

Anyone use breo ellipta and spiriva .what one should I take first?

There are various schools of thought about this.

Personally I adhere to the fact that there is a finite amount of receptors in the lungs for meds. With this in mind I take Spiriva first thing in the morning and an hour later take the combination inhaler (Fostair).

The reliever (Bricanyl) is, as and when required, which for me is just the once or twice a day.

I have severe Emphysema (FEV1 31%) and in remission from lung cancer yet still manage to work full time using this regime.

We are all different though and you might have to experiment to find what works best for you, there seems to be no hard and fast rule.
