I have started coughing and unable to complete a sentence without brining my lungs up..

And extremely breathless.....Here we go again!!

It's a bit chilly first thing but now lovely, no cloud at all and quite still. This is Sunny Bognor which is supposed to be sunny. Just off to the garden. I find the current temperatures fine, it was all too much when it was hot

Definitely! Please would someone tell me where all this mucous comes from! I have used more than a box of tissues every day since last Tuesday. Nose and coughing!

Yes. Often wake during the night gasping for breath. During the day feel more fatigued than normal. Hope this helps.

My copd not been good last couple of days getting from kitchen to lounge was a struggle so back to slow walks and sitting down and doing my breathing exercise which helps a little
