Well a better one next time..

That’s the back of the train!

It flew by as nobody was waiting at the station! So I thought I’ll catch it on the way back down but it went even faster, of course silly me!

Now the nurse has firmly shut the window and looked at me like if I was a crazy French woman 😃

We will have to wait until she gets busy or the next heatwave!

Enjoy your Sunday x

Fran

Did you tell the nurse you were on a very important mission on behalf of us all here? We needed to see this train! Thank you for braving the elements from your window to get the photo 👍

No way!! She is the one with the pins and needles!! 👩‍⚕️💉💉 I just smiled sweetly! 😇

Well played 😎 Never a good idea to cross the person with the needle 😁

Thanks for the photos. It’s taking me so long to write my few words if reply because I keep gazing at the pictures and going on a train journey in my mind 🛤

Great! I suppose I will have to take that train one day for fun! On a warmer day I’ll go up the Jura mountain, it isn’t high may be another 400m up to 1200m.

Bye for now x

Ooh! Thanks, Fran....another Swiss view for us in the UK! 🚉🚂

A typical Swiss mountain train. John, a keen train man, says Crikey a Swiss train with no fencing again!! Take care, Fran 🤣

Glad you're working hard for us and defying convention in your nursing home 😬🎬 As long as you're not risking dust in your mended eye!! 😳

It's bucketing down here but, like you, we'll try to have a good day. Five for breakfast this morning!

💜🚂 🌺 😘 xx

You had me going there Fran thought you were out catching a train to somewhere nice. Lovely picture now I can dream I am on holiday in Europe xx

in reply tokatieoxo60

Haha..I could catch it to town Kate it is just behind the home but I don’t feel totally balanced until I get my eyesight sorted out. I just had a walk outside, it is nice and warm today and I had to keep on concentrating..I will do twice 15mn today. I am waiting for my physiotherapy programme. See what that will be like.

Hope your day goes well xx

That's the idea Fran, little & often so my physio says. The weeks are rolling on soon be seeing the Rheumatologist for advice so my GP says. Plus opticians & dentist but not sure I will get a clean bill of health just the usual routine medical checks. Time to start Christmas planning, trying to get a decorater to do my dining room in the mean time. Have a peaceful relaxed day xx
