Hi hope132, it sounds as if you’re doing much better and are eating well. You can try adding some fish maybe and a little chicken. Keep doing what you’re doing and stay well. Xxxxx
Sounds like you have it sussed hope132. I find cutting down on dairy really helps me. Lactose in milk was a trigger for me. Best wishes
i dont have any phlem at all ,zero is that weird.i also dont have any coughing none and i dont even use my inhaler.i use it 3 times in like 3 weeks and it was stress and anxiety that caused me to use it.sometimes i still get scared about the future .sometimes i question whether i have copd cause i am able to do anything and it really doesnt bring on breathing problems but the xray said i had a flattend diaphram and my fev numbers where in the mid 60s.is this unusual not to have any symptoms anymore not that im complaining believe me.and my goal is to get my numbers into the 70s.going to see a pulmonary dr in jan. when i have insurance.just wanted to know if this was unusual.my goal now is to stay like this through hard work eating and exercise cause i want to go up north an live there an enjoy the mountains an woods and just the thought of not being able to do that scares me
