Better breathing

. If the heat is bothering you and you cant go out.. I find going to the ocean is great if the breeze is coming from the ocean......I used to live in the valley it was rough in the summer . I move close to the ocean I do find a difference with my breathing....Some times you need to move to breath better...Like doing driftwood frames ...

Love Jimmy Hendrix music ... This painting has been sold forget the name.. But you gave me another idea for a painting..never did one of Jimmy did draw him back in the 70's. I love old blues music did one of Robert Johnson at the cross roads down on his knee's ... And a few other ones.... I do research on how African American people lived back then in the US some lived in a house that was called Shot gun house.. Come in at one end shoot some one,, while there running out the other end. Another is a Clap board house.. Tallahassee houses .. . I'm working on a few painting around all my blues artist that I liked...... Here in NS we do have blues but its not old blues have to go down south for that..you gave me a idea going to do a painting of Jimmy maybe him in England .. He had such freedom there...

I've a lot of Robert Johnson cds somewhere Willy Dixon look him up on YouTube man that wrote little red rooster ect..love the blues ''the blues had a baby and they called it rock and roll " ...I love singing the original blues well and my as these old lungs will let my let me project..thank you for you reply it's really made my day

I remember the Rolling Stones singing Little Red Rooster when they first started out.. When I get the paintings down I'll post them under Blues Music under COPD easier to find ... Thanks for making my day ...

All the British blues listeners/singers and I'd class myself as one owe so much to those original singers players..mick jagger,Clapton, led zeppelin and so many more say they owe it all to them

What fossil is that ... I live in NS I do collect fossils we have tons of them.. Found the foot print of the first fish that came out of the water.. But love to do beach combing lots of wars had taken place along the eastern and south shore.. Find all kinds of stuff plus like collecting dirft wood for frames..

Although a few miles away from the coast , we have to travel for the interesting hilly parts. Were in Dorset in May , and in September

if all ok will be in North Yorkshire.

We were looking at the whitish stone in the corner , can't see what the brown piece is in the middle.

Your whitish stone looks like a tube worm home. We have several different types. Some with the worms, and some empty.

There's loads of information on the internet.....

The fish foot print sounds fascinating.

There was a archaeologist was walking on the beach tons of slat found the foot print of a tretrapod Foot print .. This was back in the 70's he was here on vacation.. There are tons of fossil that I have gotten from that area.. Hants Port NS is part of Africa .. When the ice age happen they found just out side of St John NFLD a hill side covered in fossil of water creatures.. Love to go there one day.. Every area is noted fro some thing.. Ontario found a small ammonite still had perfect gold color first one to find like that.... Love rocks and fossil hunting.. Great pass time ... NS is great for rocks and fossils..

Were in St. John's NFLD & NS afew years ago ..beautiful parts of the world. Not there long enough to hunt fossils. I have relatives in Halifax. Don't fly , and ships getting too pricey, Will try again with our north Norfolk coast. It's nearest.

Just google it if your ever there next time...That is what I do for new area's plus what type of soil all the stuff before heading to a place that might have fossil...
