Extremely frustrating & annoying!

Hi everyone,

I am really starting to hate the fact that I booked a holiday. I have been paying it off monthly, and it's all paid for now. Pure 02 will hire me a portable oxygen concentrater for £499 so, that annoyed me. But now, the thing that is really, really frustrating me is trying to find out if my paperwork went through okay for requesting oxygen for my 2 weeks in Fuerteventura. I have done everything they ask, I faxed the documents, but never got any response to say if they received it and if the papers were okay. I e-mailed an attachment, asked for someone to reply, but NOTHING!!! I just want to know if my request is being dealt with. Am I asking too much? Has anyone on here had the same experience? If so, how did you resolve it?

Sorry to hear you're having such a frustrating time. Are you waiting for the airline to get back to you?

No, the airline have been fine. This is to do with the oxygen company in Spain

We have stopped going abroad for the very same reason I found the oxygen ordering so very stressful it just took the fun of the holiday away from me. All you can do is email again and plead for a response.

I know how you feel. Next year, we are having our holiday in a caravan in Scotland!
