Im on week 4 of c25k - my aerobic fitness has increased so 5 mins is fine breathing and heart wise - easy even - but my lower legs hurt and feel so weak as I run that I cant keep any pace up at all. As soon as I stop it goes in 5 mins and theyre not getting stiff at all. Any advice out there?
