What's the difference between ?

Is there a difference between bullous emphysema and emphysema with bullea ?

As I understand it, it's a matter of degree. I have large bullae which have more or less stayed the same size, but with bullous emphysema, the holes get bigger and bigger as more and more alveoli walls break down.
