Just back from my annual review. I did did not expect to do too well as getting over a bout of Costochondritis. However blew 5 over my previous best which I am very happy about. Following pneumonia 18 months ago my first blow was mid 50s today it was high 60s average of the three blows I did. Pleased that giving up smoking and exercise appears to have helped me.

Hi chriskho interesting because my GP said once lung function has gone u cannot improve it so in other words your FEV1 will never go up but I find your reading encouraging like I can work at improving my FEV1. Thank you
