Another whoopsie daisy

Tripped over a vandalised bus pole stump. Landed in the middle of my very busy road, umbrella 10 feet away, got rescued by a very kind passing motorist. Not too many injuries, aching ribs which is restricting my normal productive cough. Just don’t make me laugh. At least the stump will be removed tomorrow. 🤣

That must have been a very frightening experience for you, I'm just pleased you are alright and that someone was there to help. It was dangerous to leave that stump there, should at least have been blocked off. Hope your ribs are better soon, take care 🙂 Bernadette xx

Thank you, apparently the delay has been caused because it is the responsibility of the bus company to sort it out, but they have to obtain the council’s permission to do the work, how I would have laughed if it didn’t hurt.

Oh dear me ...I've just had a quick read through older posts and you are certainly a pavement acrobat!! I suppose Summersaults and cartwheels are part of your floor routine too!!! No, I joke with you but any fall can,just sometimes,be life changing and cause all sorts of problems. Please keep yourself safe and I wish you a speedy recovery too.
