What's your normal oxygen saturation while at rest and while exercising?

With a lung condition, and depending on severity. Anywhere between 88% and 94% is considered acceptable. Higher is better of course, as we are all individuals there are probably differences.

If your desaturation is below 88% on excertion then you may need oxygen therapy.
