Hi

Welcome, seems you may be due a Oxygen review, they like you to be in the 88/92 range or higher.

Are you on long term oxygen therapy or just Ambulitory.

They can supply a portable if suitable, pulse only. Slightly heavy at 3.2kg

You may consider liquid oxygen. Which offers similar flexibility.

Hi

Oxygen in liquid form. Changes to gas at room temperature, supplied in a [tank ]Dewar from which you self fill a portable flask. Depending on flow rate and delivery system can last longer than cylinders or portable.

Hi

You would have to speak to your respitory team or oxygen team who originally ordered your supplementary oxygen. For suitability. Can be done at same time as oxygen review.
