I have a zacurate pulse oximeter. I got it from Amazon and it cost about £18. I had a cheaper one before that but found it to be very inaccurate and a bit flimsy although it had good reviews.

I have a good pulsoxymetre from Beurer, it also measures your heart rate, i can see the sinusoidal wave.

Got it in one of the medical orthopaedist etc shop with all the goodies. Apparently you can connect to an app for history purposes but I haven’t bothered with that part. I just use it as an indicator of more meds to take or things to come..

There are many pulse oximeters on the market, first make sure it is FDA approved. When you get it take it to your next Doctors appointment and take readings from theirs and yours. Check each finger. I have arthritis and can only get a good reading from a couple of fingers. Make sure your hands are warm, clean and there is no nail polish that can interfere with readings. Allow time for the reading do not rush.

Personally the best advice I would give you would be to go and see a respiratory nurse if your levels are dropping like that then you need to be on ambiglatury oxygen

I’m the same
