Thats so good. I always feel better and breathe better when exercised or just going for a walk. I think sometimes we tend to hold back thinking we should just rest( i do), but its important to keep as active as possible and know our limitations.

You make me want to get back to swimming too! Have to get organised. Swimming laps opens up my breathing, or at least I believe it does. π
Hi when you swim laps do you have to have a 20 seconds breather before you do next lap I do the breast stroke Marian x
Hello Marian, no i don't stop. Used to have a breather when i first started doing so much. But used to it now. I do mostly Breast stroke too. Can't get me breath with the Crawl. πββοΈπΊ
Dubba61 that's great your swimming. I used to do 70 laps in the early morning while still dark outside. I really enjoyed it and yeah it really does help with breathing. I can't anymore due to gaining weight and smoking again. Keep up the great exercise. Your doing wonderful!!#
