Beautiful sunshine on the east coast this morning. Would love a walk on the beach if only the legs would obey. I'll just enjoy the smell of Sunday lunch my daughter will be cooking. Jane.

Ha ha yes I suppose it would be our fault...😂 You do know our weather tends to come from the west, so we only borrow it for a while then pass it on to you 😉.

Turns out that sunshine was very cold today anyway, and while trying to walk the children and the dog we kept getting hailed on, so not as glorious as it looked😂.

We're firmly in front of the fire now warming up and watching a certain cartoon pig 😊🐷

yes the weather forecast can be quite a cultural affair 😂😂

It was awful here but Aria is out now. She likes to go out every evening when it’s dark and runs in and out like a rabbit. Her mad half-an-hour!!

Ok brunch again!! 😉 Yes all good stuff. You are right. I switched to almond milk in my muesli this week as recommended..It’s eatable. But sorry not with my pg tips no way!!

No home lunch today..brocoli leftovers and chicken breast cooked in stock. Now black chocolate and a cup of thyme tea with honey. I’m building up strength against the wintry elements!!

Woke up to a white layer this morning, think it is heavy frost but may be a sprinkle of snow. Looks nice but not when you have promised to be at an Arthritis Action meeting later today.Service engineers supposed to come today first thing if their not here by 12 tough I'll be gone. Lots to do then..Good to meet with Arthritis Action? I must say the oral steroids I take for the other problems help me with aches and pains. I hate waiting around for service engineers etc..sometimes they don’t turn up at all and you have wasted a whole day.

Snowflakes here but a little sunshine. I have just cleared the kitchen and my M&S delivery! I still buy my knickers and jeans from them 😃At least I know my size with M&S. Here it is all different.

I will walk to the village well wrapped up. I didn’t yesterday it was snowing hard but I missed the fresh air. I did the house bike again but as I am not tops at the moment, not ready to enter for the Tour de France yet 😉

I think I will have lunch at the local café, it makes me stop and recover before walking back. It is a nice stopover I see the usual suspects, it cheers me up.

Hi Fran, like the one about Tour de France, I buy my Knickers in M&S among other things and my daughter -in-law has them sent all the way to Australia plus Bras. Your right steroids do help the pain but they are not generally given for that purpose. We went to the theatre cafe before the Arthritis meeting. It was a nice day and the sun was out too which helped. Meeting of the local over fifties group tommorrow, then lunch at the local hotel on Wednesday after a coffee morning for widows. Need to pick up prescription on Thursday & other business on Friday. That's my week need to catch up on things at the weekend. The engineer did get here a bit late due to traffic hold up , said he rang but my phone did not ring. Sorted things out much better so I forgive him for being late Have a lovely evening x

Haha..M&S has a reputation to keep!! Bea, my daughter, gets her bras as well.
