Looking at the photo I certainly would stay indoors, it would crucify me...🦋

Sand/stone dust is a definite health hazard even for healthy lungs and can cause varied chronic lung diseases from COPD to Silicosis. Your lungs are already compromised and it will only serve to aggravate your condition. I have just spent 14 very stressful months getting rid of the same if not worse dust conditions, with cement dust too, at my workplace from a (proven) rogue concrete business.

Stay indoors until conditions improve , it is not worth taking the risk. If you really have to go out then consider using a dust mask.

I can sympathise with you. It really is a dangerous thing. Unfortunately I had to visit the doctor today so no choice but to go out. It is a very short distance 15 meter to my car from yhe building entrance but still used surgical mask even in the car. Just hoping we do not the same as we had last year zero visibility for two days on and off. But hopefully the rain will come soon and we will get some respite.

Ooo, think I'd give that a miss. Here's something I've never said before - I hope it chucks it down for you, very soon😀☔️💧💦

Don't have much rain but when it comes it really comes usually accompanied by the locals crashing cars and the streets being flooded because the drains are blocked by sand - when there are drains that is:)
