Lots of other discussions. Type salt pipe in the Search British Lung Foundation box, top right of page.

There seems to be a difference of option on the use of salt pipes and other things. I guess that what works for one may not work for another. I think that if you think it is making a difference then maybe it is for you. Psychological effect may help but it will certainly not be a replacement for your meds

I am buying a salt lamp this weekend (finally found one here) to see what difference it makes. I will report back after I have used for a while.

I think my salt lamp made a little difference to me, unless it was coincidence.,

Good luck xx

I am one of the rare ones it would see that using salt whether it be in nebulisers or lamps actually impairs my ability to breathe. So beware. Get it checked out with a nurse or Doctor as I did when I was in Hospital. It does help a lot of people I know.just not me.

I have a salt pipe but did not find it beneficial. I also have a salt lamp and it is on all the time. It looks nice but not sure if it is helping.

I tried a salt pipe and cant say I noticed any difference, gave up after 3 months, perhaps it helps some people, you can only try. X
