Gopd - sufferer here.

Get by quite good as I am lucky to have only a mild version.

Though that throws forwards challenges at times.

Ron.

Yes because it's cold outside, and I don't want him picking up any nasty bugs lol. 👀

Catarrh at night.

I’ve started to get catarrh

in my throat at nights.

How am I suppose to clear that so that I can go to sleep.

Will a blue inhaler do the job?

Or can I ignore it till the morning?

I'm on CARBOCISTEINE tablets that thin the mucus so it's not stuck in your throat etc.

Hello and welcome and sorry to hear you have COPD like so many of us. The best advice I can give you is stay well away from any smokers or those with heavy coughs/colds, eat as well and healthily as you can and exercise as much as possible if only by taking walks regularly then you will keep well.
