I have had asthma for ten years maybe longer had my inhalers changed dew to haveing a chest in chest infection ended up at hospital they put me on nebulizer do u know where the cheap place i can get one a portable has i use mobility scooter to get round i been looking on ebay and amazon but i just a normal plug in one not a 2 pin plug i keep

Medi neb battery powered portable nebuliser on e bay.It can be charged up and taken with you and has a three pronged plug.I don’t use one just searched for you and it’s £44.Hope it helps.ps an adapter to change from three pin to two is only a couple of pounds.

Hi Dolliz, sorry that you had a flare up of your asthma.

About the nebuliser....please check with your GP or consultant or nurse to see if you can get a prescription for the medication to use in a nebuliser before you buy one. Or do you have the nebule capsules already?

My consultant prescribed mine.....not all do though.

My first one was a mains operated , plug in one on loan from the NHS, but that meant I couldn't travel very far. Then I bought a portable one, which I use now in emergencies only. And gave the NHS one back.
