Octogenarians.

Some people think that COPD

Means 'Cause of Premature Death'.

But lots of over 80's here,

Have not drawn their last breath.

So all you over 80's,

Come and post your age.

And show the younger members here,

That we can still rampage.

I am certain I never had it, so are The County Respiratory team.

It's my local GP surgery who still insist on me having it!

I have had Asthma for 83+ years.

Great poem Don. I read a medical survey article that said, that the average age of death, for those with COPD, was early 80's. That'll do for me. xx

I am nearly 84, have COPD and other annoying ailments, but I am enjoying life, with the help of my lovely wife of 63 years. Good health to you all in 2018. Albert.
