I'll upload once again
Thank you very much for spending your valuable time in explaining my report and am bit relieved now, I was very depressed when doctor said my lungs are moderately damaged due to smoking...
That’s no problem at all, that’s what this forum is for.I was diagnosed with stage 3 copd and I was absolutely terrified I thought my life was over but that was a few years ago now and I learned to cope.it is a frightening thing and I’m glad your relieved as I think the depression that goes hand in hand with lung issues is almost as bad as the condition itself. Its normal to be anxious but I promise you in a few months you will look back and wonder why you were so anxious. If you ever want a chat about anything just send me a private message I’m happy to offer support.Take care and all the best.

Your social right Sjm, the anxiety and depression was by far the worst symptom caused by my diagnosis. I took too long to get help if my doctor.
Six years on and I'm doing ok.
It took me a long time to realise, that this isn't an imminent, death sentence, Srinu, it's an ongoing, chronic disease that can be slowed significantly, if we take good care of ourselves. xx
