Haven't seen any earlier posts so this may your first. Slightly worse what? COPD, Asthma, emphysema. Are you fit, healthy otherwise, can you walk easily upstairs or a fair distance on flat, do you get breathless? if you do get breathless go see your GP or get a clearer assessment from the nurse you may need a different inhaler or other treatment to help you improve.

Hello cazbay, and welcome to you for joining us. I've only been here a few weeks so together we are newbies. Don't worry you are surrounded by people wanting to help and advise you without judgement, so just relax . Having copd is a worry when you are new to it with all that goes with it, but as time goes by you learn to live with it and to be in control of it, not it being in control of you. You are very young and with all the right treatment, you can go on living a good lif, As long as you do whatever your G.P says. ✋️😊
