I thought so too..subjects we approach here..I would like to go, I have to see if I qualify, I am a patient I don’t know if they are for physicians ..maybe through the FLAM association..for example the ones on severe asthma, interstitial lung diseases, chest infections, air pollution could help quite a few of us..

I extended the Spa till Monday..Honestly 3 nights were just a taster and with my back playing up I haven’t taken up all the activities on offer. Plus I was with a friend who left today, she wanted to dine out and it was her birthday this week. I had to put a brave face on you know as we do, but it was a good thing, she did it to cheer me up, but I am just tired so now I am going to rest, have dinner on a tray in bed and watch rubbish on tv!

How are you Penny? What is the weather like your way? Did you suffer from Eleanor? Things seem to calm down here but the early morning sun disappeared behind dark grey clouds 😉

I just did 45mn of easy aqua gym exercises in the pool, had a hot shower and now it is 12.30 here I am ready for my soup, protein veg meal 😂 surprise surprise..
