Tenerife cough

Sorry not been on site for a while but holidays and Christmas kept me busy.

My partner and I both started coughing whilst in Tenerife and neither of us can shake it off. I have COPD so am worse than my partner. Anybody any ideas as to how to stop the cough. It really is very annoying!!!

Drink plenty of water and do soft breathing technique. Also see your doc you may have a chest infection brewing hope your better soon x
