I live in a state (NM) where regular cannabis is illegal, so I was wondering if the

Why would you want to take Cannabis? CBD is described here:
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Canna...
And, of course, Cannabis is not legal here in the U.K.
Not only is there no reliable research on dosage and effectiveness, there are no controls in the manufacturing or labeling of CBD. You really will have no idea what you are taking, any benefit would most likely be just a placebo effect.
