As Toci has said that is good news. One note of caution though, keep doing your breathing exercises and trying to get stuff up. I thought that it had dries up for me a few years ago, then I got ill and had to go to hospital and there they gave me oxygen and all of a sudden LOADS if mucus came up, so it hadn't lessen on the lungs before it was just that I was not getting it up.
On a happier note , I have known long periods when my mucus production dries up, and it does feel wonderful , you begin to dream some miracle has happened , and to be honest if it has it IS good news for you, but in my case first exacerbation after that I was back to normal again . So try even harder not to catch anything and still keep huffing to try to get it up , if there is anything down there it is essential it comes up
Enjoy the 'break' from the mucus and we all hope it is a long time break for you
Was in hospital a month ago for s.o.b was given antibiotics and steroids only got a small amount of clear mucus up which came back as normal so they then said my s.o.b.was due to progression of the illness and put me on oxygen .thank you for your good wishes X X X X X X
