Hi people,my first post. I have had COPD now foe three years and of course i"ts not getting any better! I have now tried some of the magical breathing tests to help the situation and one i would like to tell you about is the The Big-short huff. I done this one about 3days ago now and ever since i have cronic pains under my right rib cage when i cough,just wondered if any one else has had the same problem??

Sounds like you puffed to much and pulled some muscles in there get checked over

Agreed - it has happened to me several times - and it takes ages to get better.

Try holding your chest if you need to cough or breathe deeply it really helps. good luck

Thanks Lazarus, i will give that a go, as it's still giving me a lot of jip. Be lucky.
