Help and advice with IPF

Hello to all...I was diagnosed with IPF three years ago, and am coping with the symptoms, but recently I am experiencing high back pain (lungs) after any exertion. Is this a symptom to expect as IPF progresses. I take Parcetamol which helps, but doesnt entirely help with the pain, it also makes me very tired.

I have not seen many people with IPF complain of back pain and its not something I have ever had and I have fairly advanced IPF. Occasionally I find a small amount of moderate chest discomfort if I do cerain exercises too vigorously but not pain. Main issues people with IPFtend to mention are tightness in chest when breathing in, persistent cough and breathlessness. See you doctor to check if it is anything else.
