First time I've posted on here, nearly 12 months ago I was diagnosed with lung cancer, this turned out to be a misdiagnosis as it was confirmed in January, this disease can mimic lung cancer if it attacks your lungs, it also attacked my kidneys and sinuses, it's been treated with chemo and various medication, the chemo finished in March but I'm still on all the meds, last ct scan in July has shown significant reduction in the nodules, to the point that they are almost clear. I had not heard of vasculitis before and wanted it made aware on this site

Vasculitis
Welcome Janet, I’ve not heard of Vasculitis either so thank you for the information. Wishing you well. Xxxxx
For more information have a look at the Vasculitis Foundation website.
Awful..Sorry for you..I have LAM..Sometimes LAM has been mistaken for cancer..with unnecessary chemo and added suffering..
Take care Janet x
Sorry to hear that, I don't know what LAM is, the cyclophosimide treatment I had literally saved my life, I returned to work a couple of weeks after my chemo finished and work just 2-3 days a week now x
Oh it is a lung degenerative disease but so do I manage with medical progress..Glad things went well for you Janet and you can lead a normal life
I've not heard of vasculitis either but I've read on my CT Scan reports that much of my Bronchiectasis is vascular.
Glad things have improved for you.
What a post, I’ve not heard of it either so thank you for the info, hope all the treatments work soon xx
