The normal range for FEV1 and FVC are 80%—120%.
Depending on which Guidelines you are reading.
The GOLD standard raises the lower figure to 89%.
A Spirometer test is the best way for a definitive answer, with the results being discussed with your GP.
According to this link Angie and having done a metric conversion for your height, it shows as 2.36 litres. It's an American site I think as I assume the cdc in the link means Center for Disease Control which is in the U.S. After a quick google it is the only site I can find which gives these statistics in a chart but the figures should be internationally consistent. (Weight, as I was corrected recently, doesn't come into the calculation.) xx

thank you I have a letter which states that my spirometry baseline prior to colomycin was Fev1 1.07L just wonderd what it meant! from the charts you sent it looks as though I'm way below normal!!!
