Hi

If it’s a mist inhaler and not dry powder, it’s recommended to use a spacer to give a more efficient delivery with limited co-ordination.

Fostair is a pressurised inhalation solution and when i used it i always used a spacer as it delivered its contents in line with my breathing which meant i probably got most of the dose intended,,,,,,,,,,,,,,regards skis

hi I have never used a spacer with my fostair but the nurse I saw on Thursday alst week said I should be using one as you get all the dose .
