Is 02 sats between 88 -94 normal. Pulse awake 47-120 recently diagnosed with emphysema?
Hi I am usually 88 to 92 copd. If I can't maintain 88 when off oxygen I usually have infection. On oxygen 16 hours per day. Keep well.
Yes, for what is wrong with you that is fine. If you do drop below 88 because you are doing something energetic, just check it goes back up pretty quickly when you stop. Take care!
I'm fortunate that mine sit in the mid 90's (when awake) but, without CPAP, drop to low 80's/high 70's when sleeping! Anything below 88 CAN start to damage internal organs so, as long as you remain above the 88% you should be fine - as always, if you are concerned then talk to your GP.
Best wishes
Hi
How do you measure yours during the night?
Thanks

Hi, I bought one of these Cenblue sleep monitor wristband- Bluetooth Pulse Oximeter for Vascular disease amazon.co.uk/dp/B075QCGJ7F/...
Seems quite good
the low end seems low in my experience, discuss it with your resp nurse.
Thanks did the 6 minutes walk test. Did not tell me results yet
That seems odd as I always thought they gave you the results right away. They did when had mine done. Told me the distance I walked, my lowest O2 and highest heart rate.
My O2 is generally 94-96 but I try to go up and down our stairs five times in a row most days and then by the fifth time it can drop to 90-91 but recovers very quickkly. Heart rate can be as low as 43 and on the elliptical can be 165.
My sats go down when I sit down. Recently quit smoking but should be thru the major withdrawals
My potassium is low. On supplement now
