I've been diagnosed with COPD & Asthma in 2007 and have my ups and downs. Like everyone else who has this illness. So would be nice to hear what other people are out there to share experiences to cope with it.

I don't think ever cope just try manage best you can with limitations of condition symptoms have.

Am having time off it myself SO hope my stuff settles down.

Hello, thanks for the warm welcome. Yeah I always try not to let myself down, had only one infection this year and happy that I found a new job with no stress and have found lovely colleagues!

I have had a few bad patches. But don't let it rule my life. I have just come back to day from visiting a friend from another COPD group. In Aberdeen.

Yup up and downs, sometimes is not easy to cope with short breath and even worse when you have a cold, take ages to get it away. But knock Knock, I've been good this year only 2 infections and good it good under control 😊
