Excellent- sleep well!
About 48 hours after quitting smoking your nerve endings will start to regrow. These were stymied by the chemical in the cigarettes, but they can start to heal now. This means that you will have increased sensation in your extremities and you will be able to taste things better.
You are doing a great job!
I wonder how much money you have saved so far?
If I had been smoking packets it would be worth saving but I was on roll ups so £13.00 a week still a saving though 😊

Great start! One day at a time! As MrsMummy says treat yourself regularly - five years on I still treat myself regularly and the money still grows every month!
You're on a good journey but in my experience day one was always the worst and you're already past that one!
Onwards and upwards cales. Xxxxxxx

Greetings Cales, I also quit the habit in 1985, the best thing I ever did for myself. I remember it was hell on day 1 and not much better day 2.
I just buried myself in other interests and by day 15 I had lost the craving. Stick with it Cales there will come a time soon when you will find the smell of tobacco smoke from other people truly disgusting and unacceptable and that will stay with you or at least it has stayed with me.
That's two days of very good decision making. Perfect! Well done.
well done xx
