have you tried it and if so what is it you found good about it?

Yes I tried these for 3 or 4 months some years ago, at first they seemed to help with breathing for a few weeks but then I didn't notice any benefit and when they ran out I gave up on them and did not feel any worse without. I Found a lot of good reviews on them and they certainly seem to play a part in Chinese medicine but I don't think I will bother with them again. They are type of fungus cultivated somehow (in big vats ?) these days rather than gathered but apparently still as potent.
