I am OK

Thank you for your concerns over not being on the site for a while. I am Ok but due to commitments have not been able to come up on the page as often as I would like.

I have been discharged by my respiratory consultant. My fev1 as improved from 57% to 64% and my exercise programme continues. Still not achieved my goal of 1000m on the six minute walk test but slowly creeping towards that mark.

Keep well and I hope to back on the page soon.
