I'm still here.

I havent posted for a long time but i am still here and have just been reading new posts as i havent felt well lately and find it reassuring to read others posts who are in same position. I wish all well and look forward to posting again and reading others. Thank you for being there.

Thank you. I'm in Spain at the mo and i think it's the heat that is making me feel bit rough. There's no happy medium at the moment, it's hot hot hot, and quite humid at times. But i shouldn't complain, as there are lots and lots of our people far worse off than me. I intend to keep posting when i can.
