Loose stools

Hi,

Apologies for the rather graphic title but i was wondering if this is common? Ever since I had my flare in January I go to the toilet far more regularly. Is this a common side effect of the inhalers?

This can be a side-effect of some medications. If it is becoming a problem you should speak to your doctor.

Could it be due to the meds you are taking?

I take an antibiotic on an ongoing basis. Antibiotics and other meds can kill the good bacteria in your digestive system along with the bad bacteria, so I take a probiotic and/or eat yogurt every day.

It's the good bacteria in your bowel system that prevents diarrhea.
