if i stop smoking will it end the sensations i get in my nostril, am very bothered, i just stopped smoking not up to 1 month now

I don't know what sensations you get in your nostril but I can say my sense of smell improved greatly when I stopped smoking. Keep up the good work.

Yes, and my sense of taste - peanut butter tasted like it used to when I was a kid.
