Enjoy! :)

Good luck! Mine was meant to start tomorrow but moving house has wiped me out. I'm going to rest for a week or two and then rebook it.

Thank you Judith :) It's been manic and I'm so glad it's over! We will hopefully finish unpacking during the next few days and then start to enjoy our new home. Brian x

Thanks folks. Today was just the introduction and explanations of what we'll be doing.

Each session is two hours - 1 hour exercise, 1 hour education. These sessions are twice a week for 6 weeks.

The hard work starts Friday!

You'll enjoy it when you get started and meet people better & worse than you are, exercise is easier within a group with someone pushing you. With 1 hour of education it sounds like you will come away with more than enough info to sink a battleship. Enjoy the company.

Don't worry, I've been going for over 2 years and my oxygen sats have improved.

I go to the gym and carry out a regime of excecises set for me by specialist advisor.

You've hot nothing to lose.
