When I wake up I am not too bad.But the moment I move at all, even just sitting up in bed then it starts, 10 steps to the bathroom later and I have to start using pursed lip breathing. By the time I have got dressed and downstairs I am more than eager to start taking my meds.

I am always a lot worse in the morning.I don't like taking medication on an empty stomach so I am always desperate to have my breakfast so that I can take my inhaler which is Seebri Breezhaler.I also have a salbutamol inhaler which I don't use a lot, only when I need it.
