Hi.. Thought I'd sign up after watching Jude's excellent video about being having Bronchiectasis since 2010. Very similar situation to her and actually have never felt better since being diagnosed...mainly down to Nordic Walking I think!

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Hi Clarew22 and welcome from an old and very experienced bronch. You have a great attitude. Keep up the Nordic Walking and any other exercise that gives you satisfaction. Spend time every day systematically emptying your lungs of any mucus they produce, eat healthily, stay away from other peoples smoke and germs, make sure you get the right antibiotic as soon as an exacerbation sets in and Continue to live and enjoy a full and happy life!
