Muss Welcome to the site there are many here that have taken advantage of similar courses be they under the guise of Pulmonary Rehabilitation courses or healthy living.All report positive feedback and like yourself have used them to improve their health and outlook.I hope that you will continue to improve and all here will support you in that aim.xx
