Hello nice picture! You can upload a picture but need to do it on a laptop/PC you can't do it on the smaller devices Kindle/phones etc. You click on your profile and then you can edit your avatar😀 huff x

If you are using a iPhone, download the Healthunlocked app from the AppStore.

The app allows you to change your Avatar if patience is your strength.

I've never known how to change mine either so followed instructions someone gave you and I've done it on the app however half my face is missing it's a nightmare I've tried all ways to edit the picture! So all I'm saying is good luck 😊

Try this, highlight the picture for edit, and crop the top as far as possible

I had same problem by chance I decided to crop slightly , as you can see dead centre.

You may have to take a new picture, selfie at arms length.

If not right don't save changes.
