Would it help to have air purifier at home to ensure reasonably dust free atmosphere.

or would it affect more if one goes outside home for a walk etc.

Hi Madhuprem,

I have had bronchiectasis all of my life. The only problem that I have had with flying is that the change in pressure causes the fluid in my lungs to want out. I deal with that and feel great. I have lived in air conditioning in The Middle East and Florida and it has never affected me. I don't react to normal household dust any more than others in my family. Likewise when I am outside. The only no nos for me are smoke of any description-cigarettes, bonfires, fog used in theatres and diesel fumes. I hope that helps.
