Bronchiectasis and copd

Hi,

I was diagnosed with bronchiectasis and copd last year, I know there is a difference between both conditions and how they affect people. I also have difficulty clearing the mucous from my lungs and I am wondering if any of you can give advice.

Hi Nickety. A lady in my PR group had the same conditions and she used a flutter device for mucus clearance. 😊

I have COPD and get Cronic bronchitis 2 times each year. Yoe also may have emphasema (not good spelling) The Bronco causes the mucaus this starts to loosen when the bronco starts to cure with your antibiotics. it will all effect your breathing. Take your puffer quite often it helps to widen the bronco tubes. Bring as much flem up as you can.
